This spring experience our bespoke Wine and Dine series in Seasons Restaurant. The series will focus on different wine regions from around the world and will see the Hotel’s Sommelier Stephane Reynard and Executive Chef Alberto Rossi create a four-course seasonal menu matched with a selection of stunning wines.
Seasons Restaurant may be booked for private events, offering two private dining rooms which are ideal for corporate gatherings or family celebrations. Tailored menus, exquisite dining and dedicated, 5 star service - perfect for any special occasion.

Our menus reflect a passion for high quality, locally grown produce with a spotlight on Irish suppliers.We partner with local farms and dairies, wherever possible, to source the finest, freshest ingredients. We only use the finest and freshest Irish meats.
Our Executive Chef Alberto Rossi and his team are making the most of asparagus season in Ireland (which runs for quite a short time, from just May until June) with the addition of mouth-watering green asparagus sourced from Drummond House in Baltray, Co. Louth, as well as white and purple asparagus from the Wye Valley near Herefordshire in England, to the hotel’s seasonal menus. Enjoy sumptuous cured Irish organic salmon with white asparagus or melt-in-the-mouth poached and roasted Kilkenny rose veal loin with asparagus purée, white asparagus tips, broad beans and Romanesco.
The special asparagus menu will be available from 4th – 31st May in Seasons Restaurant and the Lobby Lounge.
