InterContinental Dublin offers more than 15,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space, including the Shrewsbury Room, Ailesbury Room, three Hibernia Suites and The Boardroom, with options for everything from private meetings to conferences, receptions and gala dinners.
How many guests can be accommodated for meetings and events?
Our meeting and event spaces can accommodate everything from small boardroom meetings to larger events for up to 600 guests. The Shrewsbury Room can accommodate up to 500 guests theatre-style and 480 for a gala dinner, with a range of smaller spaces available for meetings, private events and breakout sessions.
What AV facilities are available for meetings and events?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout our meeting and event spaces. AV facilities vary by space, and our dedicated Meetings & Events team can advise on the facilities available and assist with any additional AV requirements for your event.
Is overnight accommodation available for delegates at InterContinental Dublin?
Yes. With 215 bedrooms and suites, accommodation can be arranged for delegates attending meetings and events at the hotel. Our Meetings & Events team can assist with group accommodation requirements.
Is catering and event support available?

Is parking available for meetings and events?
Yes. On-site private parking and valet parking are available for guests attending meetings and events at an additional cost. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.
