Brunch is back, and this time it’s bottomless…
InterContinental Dublin has re-introduced its popular Sunday Brunch to the award-winning Seasons Restaurant, and this time it’s bottomless!
Why not take a break from cooking and enjoy a delicious family Sunday Roast of Grilled Bone-in Rib Eye; Corn-Fed Chicken or Lamb Rump, expertly prepared by Executive Chef Alberto Rossi and his team and served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, salad and Yorkshire pudding. Diners can also enjoy delights such as crispy Cajun Spiced Squid; Buttermilk Chicken Tenders with Coriander Rice and Mint Yogurt; Scrumptious Belgian Waffle with Fresh Berries, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup and Crispy Bacon, or Pulled Pork with Apple on Toasted Brioche, and choose from delicious sides including Sweet Potato Fries with Feta Cheese and Chorizo or a choice between Cheddar or Colcannon Mash – made to be shared!
Then, indulge in decadent desserts such as tantalising Raspberry Cheesecake with Honeycomb Crisp and Raspberry Compote; Fresh Bomboloni with Butterscotch Sauce, Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Ice-Cream; or sinful Fried Oreos with Warm Chocolate Sauce and Oreo Ice-Cream.
