The stunning 5* InterContinental Dublin has reimagined Afternoon Tea with its new ‘G&Tea’ menu - a unique offering of gin-infused delights which await in the beautifully adorned Reading Room.
Guests are welcomed with a choice of Gin cocktails served in a glass teapot - choose from the cool Crafted Cocktail, a refreshing version of the classic G&T but infused with a selection of flavour elixirs, or the Tanqueray Infused Early Grey Tea, with hints of pimento peppercorn and lime peel.
Savoury bites include the delicious Foie Gras Lollipop, Caesar's Taco and slow-cooked pork belly finger sandwiches with fig marmalade followed by a sweet selection of Tanqueray Gin pana cotta , tonic foam and cucumber caviar; Ginger Cosmo Cone; and Gin macerated Irish strawberries with vanilla Chantilly and light éclair…Gintastic!
Dressed Tanqueray No Ten cocktails have also been specially created to further enhance the taste experience, by dressing a Copa glass with various fruit, herb and spice combinations such as pink grapefruit with thyme and red chili with lime.
InterContinental Dublin’s new G&Tea menu starts from €30pp and is served daily.
