Michelin starred chef JP McMahon of Aniar Restaurant in Galway will host an exclusive once off evening of fine food and wines at InterContinental Dublin on 13th September 2018. Aniar received a Michelin Star in 2013 for its efforts to pursue innovation through the prism of traditional techniques of preservation.
At Aniar JP heads up a passionate culinary team committed to the local and the wild in contemporary Irish cooking and ever attentive to new and exciting foraged elements that come daily to the door of the restaurant. This exclusive evening at InterContinental Dublin is open to just 76 guests and will see small groups of diners enjoy an innovative menu created by JP in collaboration with the Hotel’s Executive Chef Alberto Rossi. The event will consist of 9 courses with 12 dishes served on the evening.
The menu is priced at €80 per person and wine pairing will be available for an additional €35 per person.
The menu and wines will be revealed closer to the event date as JP will forage and source seasonal ingredients for each course.
