COVID-19 Policy

We are delighted to announce that Intercontinental Dublin has passed COVID-19 Safety Charter training. This is a Failte Ireland initiative and will offer higher standard of safety and comfort to all of our guests.

We appreciate the understanding of our colleagues and guests during this unprecedented crisis and are excited to welcome them back as we re-open our doors.

We are also grateful to local health authorities, medical personnel and frontline responders for their continued efforts to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our community.

As we resume operations, the health and wellbeing of our guests, employees and communities must continue to be our highest priority. We will remain vigilant and continue to follow guidance of relevant health authorities, while maintaining enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures.


We utilize IHG’s established Way of Clean program which includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants in guest rooms and public spaces.

Guests at our hotel may see colleagues taking a variety of additional steps to protect health and safety such as maintaining social distancing; using personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves; conducting visible and more frequent deep cleaning of high touch surfaces in public areas.

We are also providing increased access for guests to individual guest amenity cleaning kits; visible sanitizer stations in public spaces; verification of sanitization with items marked as cleaned / ready to use (e.g., glassware, remote control); and potential removal of in-room collateral or other high touch items.

Following updated Government advice in August 2020, we request all guests to wear a face mask when entering and moving around the hotel.



Please be aware that Seasons Restaurant has been set out to comply with social distancing with 2 metres between tables and we will be implementing changes to food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
Our team may wear Personal Protective Equipment.
It is recommended you book for Breakfast and Dinner in advance to avoid disappointment.


Booking Policy

In relation to our Food and Beverage outlets, we advise you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
In complying with guidelines as set out by HSA (Heath & Safety Authority) there will be restrictions in the numbers of covers per area and therefore we kindly request you book in advance at reception or at the individual outlet. 


Swimming Pool

We respectfully request you comply with social distancing in our Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Poolside relaxation area and Gymnasium.

Our changing rooms, Sauna and Steam rooms will remain closed at this time. Robes and slippers will be provided for guests in all bedrooms.

We request you sign in at the Spa reception before using the facilities and complete the necessary form.
